I started The Telegraph School in 2022, after many years of dreaming, late night talks and lots of emotional & physical support from friends. My parents have owned it since the 1970s and used it for their Avant Garde Jazz and Experimental Video Art studio as well as using it to run their music company Improvising Artists Inc. Long before that, it is where Samuel Morse worked on the Morse Code and ran a Telegraph School.
It has been my life-long dream to create a healing creative community space in my hometown. We host Open Mics and Red Tent Gatherings, yoga & meditation classes, dance classes, writers groups, sound baths and more. Come check it out! 83 Alden Street, Cherry Valley, New York.

The Cherry Valley Water Project seeks to connect us with our water, the source of all life. A year-long series of interviews and workshops will culminate in a community-sourced and community-performed evening of poetry, music, theater and puppetry.

Started in 2015, the Wild Women Retreat is a weekend of creativity, ritual and connection. Held annually in August in the woods of central NY, we offer collective art projects, drumming, meditation, dance, yoga, sharing circles, shared meals and evening rituals. Come for a day or camp for the full weekend.

The Nourish Workshop is an evening of relaxed playful connection. Part-workshop and part-exploration, Nourish is an intentional space to practice asking for what you want and setting boundaries. It is a place to get the nourishing touch and connection we all need to be healthy, in a safe supported environment.
